Located on-site at the Outback Diplomat is Uncles Tavern, a long favorite local watering hole and the ideal place to escape the heat with an icy cold beer. Open from 12 noon, 7 days a week, you can relax in the air conditioning, or watch the world go by from the courtyard. Our friendly staff have a yarn or two to tell and a wealth of local knowledge.
The Bistro offers affordable, tasty meals to satisfy your hunger. Flat screen televisions and pool tables are there for your entertainment and live music is on hand every Friday night. For all in-house guests we also offer room service for dinner between 6pm & 9pm.
A hearty breakfast is available daily in our Dining Room off the main reception from 6.30am to 9.30am (Monday to Friday) and 7.00am – 9.00am (Saturday and Sunday). Any early birds can organise a continental breakfast delivered to their rooms the previous evening.
