Explorers Restaurant has been recently refurbished and offers a modern dining environment, perfect for a special night out or a corporate dinner. Our menu is a modern Australian inspired menu, offering a great range at affordable prices. Dinner is available from 6pm – 9pm 7 days and bookings are advisable. For in house guests we also offer the full restaurant menu as room service between 6pm & 9pm.
Breakfast is available from 6.30am – 9.00am and is also available as a room service menu. While we are not open for lunch we do offer a take away lunch to our in house clientele which needs to be ordered the night previous for a morning collection, ask reception for our takeaway lunch menu.
